Sniff, but I blew my nose...or something

Yep, as you may have guessed from the title (or maybe not, kind of a strange metaphor on second thought) we failed to win coffee for life but have now all moved on with our lives. The tiebreaker puzzle was quite frankly impossible and after working on it for an hour and getting nowhere, Sebastian tried calling to see if there was any point in continuing...and there wasn't. They already had a "potential winner" and weren't accepting anymore calls. So we were a tad depressed for an hour or so and then picked ourselves up, cursed geniuses in general and moved on. It was fun, but it is probably a good thing it is over since this is really the last week of class and it also happens to be Holy Week. Basically, this means busy!!! I have to write a research paper (10 pages) this week and don't even have my thesis figured out. Sigh. However, I did finish my English paper for tomorrow and I was pleasantly surprised by seeing a lovely "A" on my last English paper which I got back last week. Yeah! I thought my Pocahontas paper was infinitely better, but what do I know? Funny how you spend so much time on a paper and get a lower grade than when you spend so much less time on such a generic argument. Weird, but hey, I got an "A" so i'm very happy. Weekend was quite good, although too fast. Visiting Lindsey in GV was the highlight, we had a Sedar meal with a bunch of people from UCO and the community there and then went to see her campus. Pretty nice place. I'm going to leave now, but first, to those of my family who read this and might be wondering why I had to leave Mass right after Communion, Sebastian had a group meeting at 1:00 which he was already late for at the time we left. So we had to go, sorry and I hope Lauren found her keys. Poor Sebastian, very swamped and very starving because he doesn't ever have time to even eat because of all his group meetings and stuff. Welp, now you know why. See you Thursday at Mass!!!

Ooh, sorry you didn't win coffee for life. It was worth a try, though. I think I could use "coffee for life" just today alone. Good to see you over the weekend, good luck with finals and everything.

Same to you! I know, I am definitely craving coffee at the moment...actually i'm craving any kind of food or drink. I'm pretty hungry. I'm hoping the hunger will motivate me to start my big research paper 'cause I made a vow, I can't eat until i've at least started my paper. Sigh. Better get moving if I want to eat anytime soon. Bye!

Hi Lindsey, yeah, Easter is great...Christ is Risen!!! I should be able to come visit with Lauren come May. I'll just tell Hope I'm not available to work those days and then ask Mom and that should be that. I'm working on my paper, I have almost 8 pages!!! Considering I was an emotional train wreck when I got home yesterday after getting nowhere after 3 hours of work, i'm pretty ecstatic. Althogh now I am kind of giving out as i've been sitting here for about 4 hours. I already told Ima who Sebastian is via google chat. Why aren't you ever on? Well, should get back to work now. Bye!

Nope, I didn't remember to ask for the day off and am now in a bit of trouble. Will call several people tomorrow and see if they can cover for me. I don't know though...could be tough :( Frog interview seemed okay, but you never know ya know. I'll let you know when I know. Bye!
